Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Overview

These AI Usage Terms govern your use of SimpliQ's artificial intelligence features and explain how our AI systems process data within SimpliQ, the AI-native GTM execution engine. By using SimpliQ, you agree to these terms.

Our AI is designed to enhance your GTM execution while respecting privacy, professional standards, and the rules of every connected platform.

2. AI Services and Capabilities

Prospect Analysis

Our AI analyzes prospect profiles, company information, and public data to assess fit and prioritize outreach. This includes scoring prospects based on your ideal customer profile and identifying engagement opportunities.

Message Generation

AI creates personalized outreach messages by analyzing prospect information, company details, and your communication preferences. Generated content aims to be relevant, professional, and engaging.

Workflow Optimization

AI optimizes workflow timing, messaging, and follow-up strategies based on historical performance data and prospect engagement patterns.

Response Analysis

Our AI analyzes incoming responses to categorize interest levels, identify meeting opportunities, and suggest appropriate follow-up actions.

2A. AI Research on Contacts and Companies

SimpliQ's AI can research business contacts and companies to build professional intelligence: role context, company developments, technology signals, and fit against your ideal customer profile. Under data protection law this constitutes profiling of business contacts. It is limited to professional information, is never used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals, and any individual may object to it or request removal of their data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 4A.

3. AI Data Processing

Data Used for AI Processing

  • Business profile data from connected channels and licensed data sources
  • Company information and industry data
  • Message content and communication history
  • Workflow performance metrics and engagement data
  • Your account preferences and settings

Processing Methods

Data is processed using machine learning models, natural language processing, and pattern recognition algorithms. Processing occurs in secure, controlled environments with appropriate data protection measures.

Data Minimization

We process only the minimum data necessary to provide AI services. Sensitive personal information is filtered out and excluded from AI training datasets.

4. AI Training and Improvement

Model Training

We use aggregated, anonymized data to train and improve our AI models. This includes message performance data, engagement patterns, and workflow effectiveness metrics.

Data Anonymization

Personal identifiers and sensitive information are removed or anonymized before data is used for AI training. Training datasets cannot be used to identify specific individuals or companies.

Opt-Out Options

You can opt out of having your data used for AI training while continuing to benefit from existing AI capabilities. Contact support to exercise this option.

5. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

Output Quality

While our AI strives for accuracy and relevance, generated content may contain errors or require human review. Users are responsible for the content their workflows send. Workflow approvals can be set on or off per workflow: with approvals on, you review AI-generated messages before they send; with approvals off, messages send automatically within the workflow rules you approved.

No Guarantee of Results

AI optimization is designed to improve performance but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as response rates, meeting bookings, or business results.

Bias and Fairness

We actively work to identify and mitigate bias in our AI systems. However, AI models may reflect biases present in training data or societal patterns. We continuously monitor and improve fairness.

6. User Responsibilities

Content Review

Users must review AI-generated content before use and ensure it aligns with their communication standards, brand guidelines, and professional requirements.

Appropriate Use

AI features must be used for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of service of every platform you connect. Misuse of AI capabilities may result in account suspension.

Data Accuracy

Users should provide accurate information and feedback to help improve AI performance and ensure better results.

7. AI Credits and Usage Limits

Lead intelligence enrichment, including AI research on contacts and companies, is included on all managed contacts. Enrichment credits are consumed only for premium waterfall data obtained from third-party providers, such as verified emails SimpliQ must source, direct dials, or technology-install data; some premium data types consume more credits than others. Credit allocations are detailed in your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless specified.

Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users. Excessive usage may be throttled or require additional credits.

8. Third-Party AI Services

SimpliQ may use third-party AI services and APIs to enhance our capabilities. These integrations are governed by additional terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

We ensure third-party AI providers meet our security and privacy standards before integration.

9. Updates and Changes

AI capabilities and models are continuously updated to improve performance and add new features. Significant changes to AI functionality will be communicated to users.

These AI Usage Terms may be updated to reflect new capabilities or regulatory requirements. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify you; other changes take effect upon posting.
