Data Processing Overview
SimpliQ processes professional data as the AI-native GTM execution engine. This page summarizes how we manage data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations, and describes the two roles SimpliQ plays: as a processor of the data our customers connect and upload, and as an independent controller of the business contact data SimpliQ provides, as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 4A.

Contractual Necessity
We process your data to deliver the Services, including workflow management, contact enrichment, message personalization, and outreach execution.

We analyze usage patterns and workflow performance to improve our AI systems and provide better targeting and messaging recommendations. We also process business contact data we provide to customers on the basis of legitimate interest, as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 4A.

Active Account Data
Workspace data (contacts under management, workflows, messages) is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days, then deleted. Account records are kept for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years, per the canonical retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Aggregated Analytics
De-identified performance data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement, per the canonical retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
