Customer Success Manager
Ensure our customers achieve their networking goals and maximize value from our platform. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across our user base by building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on AI-powered outreach.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with key stakeholders
Drive product adoption and usage growth through strategic guidance and training
Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales team on upsells
Resolve customer issues and advocate for customer needs with internal teams
Develop and deliver customer success programs, webinars, and best practices
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
Experience with SaaS platforms and subscription business models
Data-driven approach with experience using customer success tools
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience with sales tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking best practices
Experience in the sales enablement or business development space
Understanding of AI/ML applications in business contexts
Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
