Growth Marketing Manager
Drive user acquisition and expansion for our growth hacker platform. Develop data-driven marketing strategies that connect with our target audience of sales professionals, recruiters, and business development teams.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels
Design and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to paid subscription
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
Create compelling content marketing strategies including blog posts, case studies, and social content
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth
Analyze user data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with product team on in-app growth features and user onboarding
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably for B2B SaaS products
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth
Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience marketing to sales professionals and business development teams
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and professional networking strategies
Experience with growth hacking techniques and viral marketing
Understanding of AI/ML products and technical concepts
