Product Designer

What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences for our AI-powered GTM platform
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
Develop and maintain our design system and component library
Work closely with product managers to define feature requirements and user flows
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in product design, preferably for B2B SaaS platforms
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with design systems and component-based design
Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
Portfolio demonstrating successful product design projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points
Experience designing for AI/ML products or automation tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments
