Sales Development Representative
Generate and qualify leads for our enterprise sales team. Help businesses discover the power of AI-driven outreach by identifying prospects, conducting initial conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for our account executives.
What You'll Do
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
Schedule qualified meetings for account executives with potential enterprise clients
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on prospect conversations
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools
Goal-oriented mindset with track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Understanding of B2B sales processes and qualification methodologies
Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product concepts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience selling to sales teams, marketing teams, or business development professionals
Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Experience with sales automation tools and outreach platforms
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications
Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales
