Senior Ai Engineer

What You'll Do
Design and implement AI/ML models for LinkedIn content generation and audience targeting
Build scalable infrastructure for real-time AI processing and decision making
Optimize LLM performance and cost efficiency across our platform
Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into technical solutions
Develop testing frameworks and monitoring systems for AI model performance
Research and implement emerging AI technologies and techniques
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing
Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Experience with API design and real-time data processing
Strong understanding of ML ops, model deployment, and monitoring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, ML, or related field
Bonus Points
Experience with social API and social media automation
Knowledge of conversational AI and dialogue systems
Experience with vector databases and semantic search
Contributions to open-source ML projects
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
